Greatest Hits, Vol.1 is a greatest hits compilation released in October 2004 by nu metal band Korn and has sold over 1,850,000 copies worldwide. It is their last album with long-time guitarist Brian "Head" Welch, and features various songs from their ten-year career. There are two previously unreleased songs on the compilation: a cover of Cameo's "Word Up!" and a compilation of all three parts of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" and "Goodbye Cruel World".

The album opened at #4 on the Billboard 200 and achieved platinum certification by RIAA.

As of February 2009, it has sold 1,554,567 total copies in the US.

Many fans have guestioned why the Untouchables Hit "Thoughtless" was absent on the album, but the non-single "Trash" from Issues was put on the album.
