How to change the Language:
Inside of the Borderlands Installation folder theres a folder called Engine.
Open it up and u will see 3 folders called Config, Shaders and Localization.
Inside of the localization folder there you see different folders which languages you can use. Didnt test all yet and i wont do but well ye just to mention it.
Now you see for example DEU folder which stands for German.
Close the Localization folder and open up the Config folder.
There open up the BaseEngine.ini and search for "Language=int"
Change it to "Language=deu" and your game will be German.
